L'imperiale

On a cotton base, the beautiful “L’Impériale” cut and uncut velvet displays irregular and endless polygons. The combination of matte and glossy viscose yarns enhances the cut-loop technique used. The polygons seem to be moving, seemingly balanced on the shining surface. Dotted with raised stitches, the mirrored silk-effect background gives the fabric its uniqueness. Because of its high Martindale the “L’Impériale” velvet is ideal for heavy-duty upholstery.
