The BENANG collection pays tribute to artisans of material. This Indonesian word, meaning “thread,” refers to ancestral weaving techniques as well as to the bonds that ensure the transmission and heritage of know-how. BENANG is an ode to nature, a journey into the heart of Indonesia and its age-old techniques. Each design draws its inspiration from natural materials and from the expertise of the artisan who weaves, braids, and shapes.
